- Obtain a Business License & Check Zoning Laws and Land
Use Ordinances. Call Local Government (city or county of business location)
for details.
- Obtain Other Necessary Permits or Licenses—food, liquor,
doctor, nurse, contractor, auto repair, etc. Contact the Fulton County

- Apply for a State Employer Tax Identification Number.
